What is an IT Demand product and what does it do?

Lupe IT Request product running on your SAP system is a mobile compatible application that works with a Web interface using Fiori infrastructure.
With the Lupe IT Request product, IT-related problems experienced within the company are forwarded to the relevant department and followed up.

- IT requests and problems coming from business units are categorized by the user and transmitted to the IT department with the call number assigned by the system, and the call is automatically routed to the cockpit of the manager in the IT department.

- It can also be used by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address to be determined by the company without the need to access the application.

- If there is documentation of the problem experienced, it can be added to the request.

- The personnel reporting the problem can follow the latest status of the call from their cockpit.

- The administrator assigns the routed call to the appropriate IT employee by evaluating the workload on the personnel.

- The IT employee updates the status of the call and starts working to fix the problem.

- When the work is completed, the Call status is updated and moved to the completion status.

- Informative e-mails are sent to the personnel who opened the call in every status change.

- The IT department employee can write a note in the call to be forwarded to the user, in the same way the user can send a note to the IT staff in the call. - After completion, the quality of the service received by the personnel who reported the problem is measured by means of a questionnaire to be shared by the system.

- Call history is reported by the system for each step within the call.

- The time between each situation is evaluated by the system and the performance report is reported on an employee basis.
